A Message from Patsy:
We had a wonderful turnout for the Adopt-A-Highway.
I would like to thank Patsy and Dave Ziegler, Bob and Wes Gregg, Steve and Joyce Ford, Greg Bak, John Barnes, Andy Rominiecki and Gil Whiteside for giving their time to help clean our 2 mile section of Polly Drummond Hill Road in Newark. Considering all the rain we had yesterday, we were all pleasantly surprised to see what a lovely day we had. The sun came out and it was a perfect day for the Adopt-A-Highway. The grass was a little wet but everyone came prepared with rain boots, etc. Face Mask and gloves were also part of the attire. Wet Ones and hand sanitizers were available for all to use.. We all had a great time and we were safe. It was good to be outside doing our civic duty and safely enjoying the company of other FSCC members.
Please stay safe, healthy and happy. Patsy

Welcome to the new website for the First State Corvair Club. Please check back as we continue to build the site.
Do you live in Delaware or the surounding area and own a Corvair or have an interest in these unique rear engine Chevys from the 60's? Maybe you need to get your Corvair repaired but need help from people who know Corvairs and can lend a hand? Looking to buy or sell a Corvair? We can help. Call or drop one of us a line via e-mail. We'll contact you as soon as possible (some of us have day jobs, you know...), and try to steer you in the right direction with good advice, parts leads, etc. We may not solve every problem, but we'll give it a try!
We're a chapter of CORSA, the Corvair Society of America. We are committed to enjoying and preserving Chevy's most unusual and only rear engine vehicle. We enjoy the comradery of friends with similar interests in any vintage cars, but especially those who find the unique 1960-1969 Corvairs special. We enjoy cruise-ins, car shows, talking about our cars, working on our cars, but most of all driving them.
Would you like to attend one of our meetings and meet some of our members? We meet on the second Monday of each month at 7pm in Newark.
You don't have to own a Corvair to join CORSA or the First State Corvair club. FSCC dues are just $12 a year for CORSA members or $15 for non-members.
