A big thanks to Patsy & Dave Ziegler, Linda Slotwinski and all the members who helped make the show a success, as well as all those who brought their beautiful Corvairs out to display at the show. Hope you had a great time.
We‘ll meet on Saturday, October 16th, 9am at the Polly Drummond Shopping Center as we set out on our Fall "Adopt-a-Highway clean up. Bags are provided. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Please let Patsy Ziegler know if you can help. Hope to see you there.
With deep regrets, we report the passing of founding member, Herb Brown, age 95, on January 5, 2021. Our deepest sympathy to Nancy and the entire Brown family.
Welcome to the new website for the First State Corvair Club. Please check back as we continue to build the site.
Do you live in Delaware or the surounding area and own a Corvair or have an interest in these unique rear engine Chevys from the 60's? Maybe you need to get your Corvair repaired but need help from people who know Corvairs and can lend a hand? Looking to buy or sell a Corvair? We can help. Call or drop one of us a line via e-mail. We'll contact you as soon as possible (some of us have day jobs, you know...), and try to steer you in the right direction with good advice, parts leads, etc. We may not solve every problem, but we'll give it a try!
We're a chapter of CORSA, the Corvair Society of America. We are committed to enjoying and preserving Chevy's most unusual and only rear engine vehicle. We enjoy the comradery of friends with similar interests in any vintage cars, but especially those who find the unique 1960-1969 Corvairs special. We enjoy cruise-ins, car shows, talking about our cars, working on our cars, but most of all driving them.
Would you like to attend one of our meetings and meet some of our members? We meet on the second Monday of each month at 7pm in Newark.
You don't have to own a Corvair to join CORSA or the First State Corvair club. FSCC dues are just $12 a year for CORSA members or $15 for non-members.
Monday, September 13th, 7pm. Meeting only, No early BYOD
